Why the heck not?

So I decided, since I like making houses so much, I may as well share some of them.  My TOU, such as it is, is simply use and have fun.  Share if you like.  Include in your worlds, include with your Sims and Sim families, use to scare children - whatever your fancy is.  This will apply to anything I make, patterns, Sims, houses, CAS stuff, assuming I finally figure out where I left my brain last and start making more than just houses.

I swear I just saw that thing.  Squishy, grey, jello-like consistency?  You haven't seen it either?
